Artilleriet is a small, well known interior design boutique based in Gothenburg, Sweden. They sell individual pieces as well as full stylings and market themselves mainly by word of reputation and via social media.
My role with the company was as their Digital Media Manager, meaning I was responsible for photographing products, writing copy and posting products on the web, as well as email marketing and social media.
With no budget for just about anything, I needed to be as creative as possible to come up with ideas of how to style and photograph products. My goal was to inspire people with the interiors and feelings in the photos, not just sell the products. And ideally also get interior magazines in Sweden and world wide to want to use the photos or borrow the products we pushed to display in their issues.

In almost every issue of one of the major interior magazines in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, Artilleriets photos or products from the company were featured.
This, along with the ever growing use of the platforms Instagram and Pinterest (this was in 2014 after all) the following and sales also grew.
It was very cool to be part of the major growing phase of Artilleriet, and I too, developed a lot during this time. The saying “a little goes a long way” is tremendously true for what I had to work with and where it later ended up.
